Without fun events, what would a convention really be?
Dungeons & Dragons Events
Once again we will be featuring a D&D Open Tournament. This is a 3 round elimination event where teams of 5 participate to beat the adventure, and other teams. Each team of 5 will play round one on either Firday or Saturday. Depending on the amount of teams that enter, the top 8 teams move on to Round 2 with the top 3 moving on to Sunday morning's final event. There will be prizes for the top 3 teams at this event.
The characters are ready for you to look at! Bewarned the 2 zip files are nearly 25Mb each.
RPGA events are run by the Pirates of the Plains Fellowship and are 4th Edition D&D adventures set in the Forgotten Realms. Membership to the RPGA is free. The Pirates will have pre-generated characters for those that want to drop in and try out a game or two (ore more!). We will have more information on the exact adventures in late August (once the RPGA announces it's fall release schedule)
This event will run very similar to the D&D Open, but it will use the 3.5 D&D System instead of 4E. The two adventures will be completely seperate in story and mechanics.

RPG- Cthulhutech
CthulhuTech is an innovative storytelling game that started out as a combination of two popular genres. The first was that of cosmic horror, made popular by H. P. Lovecraft and culminating in the modern day with elements of Mike Mignola’s Hellboy and John Carpenter’s In the Mouth of Madness. The second was that of giant mecha Japanese animation, made popular by such series as Robotech, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and Rahxephon. But the setting has grown far beyond what it started out to be. CthulhuTech is now a truly unique hybrid of genres – cosmic horror, anime, post-apocalypse, traditional horror, and science fiction blended together seamlessly.

RPG- Dresden Files
The world is getting weirder. Darker every single day. Things are spinning around faster and faster, and threatening to go completely awry. Falcons and falconers. The center cannot hold. Enter the world of best-selling author Jim Butcher’s Dresden Files, where the creatures of the NeverNever lurk around every corner, prowl through every shadow. Only the determination, faith, and hope of mortal kind is able to stand against the rising darkness — be they supernatural cops, wizards, werewolves, changelings, or just plain ordinary joes.
RPG- Eclipse Phase
Eclipse Phase is a pen & paper roleplaying game of post-apocalyptic transhuman conspiracy and horror. An "eclipse phase" is the period between when a cell is infected by a virus and when the virus appears within the cell and transforms it. During this period, the cell does not appear to be infected, but it is. Players take part in a cross-faction secret network dubbed Firewall that is dedicated to counteracting "existential risks" — threats to the existence of transhumanity, whether they be biowar plagues, self-replicating nanoswarms, nuclear proliferation, terrorists with WMDs, net-breaking computer attacks, rogue AIs, alien encounters, or anything else that could drive an already decimated transhumanity to extinction.
RPG- Monty Haul Bake Off (D&D 4e)
This is a test of mettle! Players create a 15th level character using 4E rules then pit them against other players in PvP battle arenas!
RPG- Savage Worlds
DM: Keith Park Although Savage Worlds is a generic rules system, Pinnacle has released "Savage Settings" - campaign settings or modules designed specifically for the Savage Worlds rules. These have included Evernight, 50 Fathoms, Necessary Evil, Rippers, and Low Life. Pinnacle has also published setting books based on the company's earlier lines, including Deadlands: Reloaded as well as the Tour of Darkness, Necropolis, and Weird War II settings based on the Weird Wars line
RPG- Realms of Atlantasia
DM: John Holland The Realms of Atlantasia is a table-top R.P.G. that is based on percentile dice instead of a D20.
This game is set on a brand new world, filled with beings that have never been seen before and has incorporated as much realism as possible into a fantasy-based game. This game is designed to make a player think right from the start (choosing the right career for your character is essential for the true "Atlantasia experience" as is putting the right characters within a group).
RPG- X-Crawl
In Xcrawl, the players are superstar athletes taking their chances in a
live-on-pay-per-view death sport. It’s a modern-day world with a fantasy
twist, and the game is simple: the Dungeon Judge, or DJ, creates an artificial
dungeon under controlled – but lethal – conditions. He designs the maze,
and stocks it with monsters, secret doors, magical traps, treasure and prizes.
The players must go through the dungeon and fulfill whatever conditions
the DJ puts forth in order to win.
